What Can I Expect at my Periodontal Maintenance Visit?
Each periodontal maintenance visit includes cleaning and disinfecting both above and below the gums. We will then measure your bone level and periodically take digital x-rays. If we detect an area that has relapsed, we can treat the area, before it becomes a bigger problem. If Raymond Liu, DDS, determines that there is no change, that means your periodontal disease is controlled which is what we hope to see.
