NEW PATIENTS

We're looking for great new patients like you!

At Raymond Liu, DDS, your oral health is our job, and we love that! Since oral health is a direct look into your overall health, Dr. Liu knows how vital it is to have a very interactive and involved first visit. During your first visit, we do an in-depth deep-dive into the history of your teeth and collect all the necessary information to begin developing a treatment plan with you that caters to not only the needs of your oral health but any desires you have.

During your first visit, Dr. Liu will go through an overview of your whole health history, take dental x-rays, and photographs of your teeth, and provide a comprehensive dental examination. From the data obtained, Dr. Liu will determine the type of hygiene visit needed. Whether it’s prophylaxis (traditional cleaning) or perhaps a more involved gum therapy treatment, referred to as Deep Cleaning which includes root planing and scaling. Additionally, patients with more unique needs may require a follow-up records appointment to determine the best course of treatment for optimal oral health.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

A few days prior to your New Patient appointment, we kindly ask you to submit your dental insurance information to allow our office time to view the plan coverage and policies. We also ask you to plan on arriving 15 minutes early to your first appointment. This will provide you with enough time to fill out the necessary paperwork. For your convenience, we have our new patient forms available for download below and kindly ask you, if you are able, to print and complete them before your scheduled appointment.
